Dave Lilling: Owner / President
Producer, Director, Crew Coordinator

Dave is an Emmy Award winner who formed Metro Teleproductions in 1989. He began his broadcasting career after graduating the University of Maryland. He started as a radio network freelance news and sports reporter. He was responsible for breaking some big stories - including the story that forced Secretary of Interior James Watt's resignation, before making the full time move to television.

He travels extensively throughout the United States and internationally working in the news, sports, entertainment and political fields. For years, clients such as Court TV, Johnson and Johnson, ESPN, MTV, ABC Sports, Retirement Living TV, Discovery Health and the Department of Justice have relied on Dave's expertise to quickly assemble live remotes, top quality crews, equipment and deliver a finely edited production on time and on budget. He regularly lends his services to ABC News in Washington and to Showtime Sports.

Ryan Houseman: Editor
Editor, Production Assistant, Field Audio, Camera Operator, Crew

Ryan Houseman has been working with Metro Teleproductions for the past three years. Beginning as an intern just out of the New York Film Academy, Ryan began his career here as a Production Assistant and Final Cut Editor. Over the past three years he has gone on to edit larger, more diverse pieces; and has expanded his skill set to include Field Audio, Camera Operation, and Webcasting.

Andrew Casper: Crew + Webmaster

Andrew currently attends Ithaca College, in Ithaca NY, studying TV-Radio Production at the Roy H. Park School of Communications. Although residing hours away, Andrew continues to maintain and update the website. He began working with the company in 2008 and has enjoyed every minute of it. He hails from Potomac - just around the corner from MTI and graduated from Churchill HS in 2009. Andrew is very interested in pursuing a career in TV production. He has participated in Boston University’s Institute for TV, Radio, and Film Production (ITRP, now Academy for Media Production - AMP) for high school students in summer 2008. The program helped him developed and enhanced numerous production skills in aspects of TV, Film, and Radio production. You can view his resumé and personal work here!
