Metro Teleproductions Livestreams An Important Message About Biofuels

In June, the U.S. Farmers & Ranchers in Action (USFRA) turned to Metro Teleproductions to livestream its latest report on the importance of biofuels for the future of farming and the economy. Senate and USDA policy leaders and other experts were gathered on Capitol Hill to learn about a study from from SP Global, which examined how “new demand for biofuels can reignite growth in farm communities.”

Biofuels are produced from plants and other waste products and are both cheaper and quicker to produce than fossil fuels, thus are a timely issue.

As part of the program, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who represents a heavily agricultural state, gave an impassioned speech about why Congress and businesses need to learn from this new report and take action.
