Metro Teleproductions Inc. (www.mtitv.com) provided a video crew for Showtime Boxing featuring Jarrett Hurd. Steve Chaggaris (Producer), Jamie Sides (Videographer) T.Mychal Coleman (audio) was with the unified light middleweight champion for an open workout in Temple Hills Maryland, prior to his fight on the Showtime PPV Card to be held December 1 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. Jamie Sides (wwww.jamiesides.com) who is the lead videographer when MTI provides video production in Washington DC, uses the Canon C300 Mark II. Despite terrible weather conditions the crew made it to Temple Hills well in advance of the start of the workout. T Mychal Coleman supplied the normal array of audio including mixer, boom microphone and stick microphone. Chaggaris supervised the video production side of the workout which was open to the local media to publicize the PPV event. MTI specializes in sports video production

Hurd has held the IBF title since 2017, and the WBA and IBO Titles since 2018. Chaggaris interviewed Hurd and his trainer Ernesto Rodriguez at his Gym in Temple Hills Maryland following Hurd’s workout, which featured sparring, heavy bag and speed bag.

Hurd, 22-0-0 is fighting Jason Welborn as the co feature on the Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury heavy weight championship card. Hurd won the unifiedchampionship by defeating Erislandy Lara by split decision in a fight of the year candidate on Showtime Boxing. At the time, Hurd was fighting with an injured shoulder and he underwent surgery shortly after defeating Lara. The workout MTI covered was Hurd’s first workout since rehabbing from his operation.

Some of the footage will also be used in pre fight material on the pay per view. The Showtime PPV event starts at 9:00pm on Saturday December 1st.
