Much can be accomplished in a one-day shoot as these collages of interview subjects reveal.

Interviews in a One-Day Video Shoot

MTI was hired by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization for a one-day shoot to produce video interviews that would be shown at NHPCO’s Leadership Conference, which was held last week in Little Rock, Arkansas.

After the video shoot, editor Bill Parks worked with NHPCO’s Madison Summers to craft the various conversations with industry leaders into compelling narratives about the organization’s important work in hospice advocacy and its growing impact in society. Of course, this included shots and references to former president Jimmy Carter, who is currently in hospice care himself.

Video Production Tech & Crew

The crew included videographer Jamie Sides and Shawn Chadwick on audio. Equipment was the Sony FS7 MII camera, Aperture lights, a Zoom mixer, and both boom and lavalier microphones, a fail-safe technique for ensuring that all important sound is captured.

The videos have been added to the Hospice Action Network website, as well as its social networks.

As Madison said once the job was complete, “Many thanks to you, Bill, and the whole team for the excellent content!”
