Metro Teleproductions Inc. provided video production for noted pollster/consultant Dr. Frank Luntz https://www.luntzglobal.com/ who interviewed retiring Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah). The interview was recorded in the Russell Senate Office Building in Washington DC. The MTI camera crew used Panasonic AGDVX 200’s with Sachtler Tripods. One shot was a tight shot of Hatch, the other was a safe wide. The MTI video crew consisted of lead videographer Tony Winthrop and 2nd cameraman Shawn Chadwick. Ryan Houseman was the audio engineer. Due to a very tight schedule the crew was set up and ready to go for an early morning interview in 40 minutes. Many thanks to Alexis Soper for making sure that our crew was admitted in to Russell Office Building quickly ! Metro Teleproductions Inc (MTI) currently in its 29th year of operation, provides video services in the District, Maryland and Virginia. We specialize in fast set ups anywhere in the DMV.

MTI has provided camera crews on the hill since its inception in 1989. The key to a successful Capitol Hill shoot is establishing a key contact, because each building is different in terms of when and where the crew can enter. Parking is always a challenge and you have to factor in dropping off equipment close to the location of where you are shooting and then putting the vehicles in a garage, normally in Union Station
