Subcontracting On a Large Live Event for CVS

While MTI usually produces events and livestreams, the company is also available to subcontract with other producing partners on their events. Such was the case when we were called by Three Phase Media, the event management and audio visual production company, to provide two videographers for a large live event that CVS was hosting. Yes, the headline refers to the national chain’s original name.

Always Expect the Unexpected, Even From the Crew

Held at the spacious Maryland Ballroom of the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor, the production included three large screens on stage (the biggest being 13 by 23 feet), three robocams, a stage camera and two front-of-house cameras with long lenses. The latter cameras were operated by MTI’s Albert Liesegang and Dominic DeSantos. Dominic was a last minute addition, as our original camera operator had to call out after the first rehearsal day. It’s good to have such a deep bench of qualified professionals to call upon when surprises happen.

Whether you need extra help on your event or full production from the beginning, MTI has the tools, talent, and experience to make it happen.
